This tier will focus on the person who is doing the creating. They will conduct a self-awareness exercise to see what they actually Like. This time will be spent experimenting on different forms of creative expression to see which form they are most comfortable with, and feel is their niche. If a student is already in tune with their form of creative expression, then they will be placed on a priority list to help assist others in acquiring their skill.

This Tier will focus on the Development of the chosen art form. Here we will dive deep into the specific art forms chosen by the students and form creative workshops catered directly to those forms to hone in on those skills. During these workshops rather Live or Online we will do verbal activities, written activities, ice breakers, Collaboration activities, Challenges to complete and Actual lessons to inform them of the culture and education of the background of whatever art form chosen. This is where the DEVELOPMENT will take place.

During this last tier we will focus on creating and orchestrating our own Talent Show. We will spend this last time practicing for a live performance to display the talent that was worked on and discovered through the time. This show will be a fundraiser that can be distributed to the youth to whatever field they would like to go in, they will receive a certification of artistry and win various prizes which will be resources given by myself and the people who I outsource. All in All this is the grand opening ceremony to self.
